SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days from our Gold Coast, Australia HQ.
During sales, new launches, or peak periods, please allow a little extra time — we’re a small team packing a lot of happy orders, and we promise we’re doing our best to get everything out as quickly as possible 💖

PRE-ORDERS

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is in stock.
Pre-orders are sent out as soon as possible once they arrive, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email the moment your parcel is on its way.
If you need other items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for in-stock products.

  • FREE for orders over $200

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • 0–500g — $12.30

  • 500g–1kg — $16.20

  • 1kg–3kg — $19.95

  • 3kg–5kg — $26.20

LOCAL PICKUP

Local to the Gold Coast? Select Local Pickup at checkout and you’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

RETURNED PARCELS

Parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses, non-collection, or failed redelivery can be resent at the customer’s expense.
Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.
