Our lunch boxes are dishwasher safe. For best results, use a sulfate-free dish soap or dishwasher detergent, ideally free from essential oils, antibacterial agents, or moisturisers.

We have a charming little store right next to our warehouse, where you can explore a display of our beautiful products and personalize them to your liking. Our hours may vary, so be sure to check our socials or send us a message for details!

SPELLING

Please double check all spelling before you place your order. The text will appear as you have entered it into the text box. Unfortunately no changes can be made once order is placed.

RETURNS

All personalised items are excluded from exchanges or returns unless item is faulty.

SIZE

The size of the text may vary slightly depending on the length of the word, if you are using capitals or lower case or the font style. 

The fonts will appear larger when the text is engraved using capital letters and smaller when the text is in lower case. 

PERSONALISATION POSITIONING EXAMPLES

Food Pouch

A maximum of 6 letters can be added to our Food Pouches. The estimate height of the the text is 1cm. The size length depends on the number of letters, if you choose capitals or lower case or the font style.

The text is positioned in the middle of the pouch and runs parallel. (please see position example photo below) 

Mini Container

A maximum of 6 letters can be added to our Mini Containers. The estimated maximum height of the text is 1 cm. The size length depends on the number of letters, if you choose capitals or lower case or the font style. 

Text will be positioned in the middle of the container.

Snack Container

A maximum of 8 letters can be added to our Snack Containers. The estimated maximum height of the text is 1 cm. The size length depends on the number of letters, if you choose capitals or lower case or the font style.

Text will be positioned in the middle of the container.

Mini Box, Midi Box & Rectangle Containers

A maximum of 8 letters in our large font and 10 letters in our small font can be added to our Bento Snack box & Rectangle Containers. 

Small Font-  The size length and height depends on the number of letters, if you choose capitals or lower case or the font style. The estimated maximum height of the text is 1 cm. 

Large Font- The size length and height depends on the number of letters, if you choose capitals or lower case or the font style. The estimated maximum height of the text is 2cm.

Bento Snack Box

A maximum of 8 letters in our large font and 10 letters in our small font can be added to our Bento Snack Box.

BIG Bento lunchbox

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on all unused, non-personalised items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised or used items. If you receive a faulty product, please reach out to us at Thewerowastepeople@hotmail.com for assistance.

Our silicone lunch boxes are completely non-absorbent, meaning they won't pick up any smells or tastes. However, sometimes oily food residues can stick to the surface, which may result in lingering tastes or residue. To easily remove these oils, you can either place the lunch box in the oven for 20 minutes or boil it, and the oily residue will disappear.

Another option is to soak your silicone item in a 50-50 mixture of white vinegar and water for a while, or rub lemon over it, leave it for 5 minutes, then wash in hot water.

To prevent residue buildup, use sulfate-free dish soap or dishwasher detergent, and avoid soaps with essential oils, antibacterial agents, or moisturizers. These ingredients can stick to the silicone and cause unpleasant tastes.

For a deeper clean:

Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan-forced).
Place your silicone item in the oven.Let it bake for 20 minutes to remove any residue.
Carefully remove it from the oven and let it cool completely before handling.

For an extra-refresh, make a paste with baking soda and vinegar, scrub gently, and wash with hot water."
